When receiving the products you will have 14 days to return them where possible.
For custom made items or services this does not hold and can therefore not be returned.
When returning the products they need to be handled carefully and returned in its original state.
Return Policy English
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. The costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact me at verasartsanddice@gmail.com. I will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
Exceptions
a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. For products that have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications.
For example, custom orders.
c. For products which are clearly personal in nature. For example, custom orders.
d. For procucts which by their nature cannot be returned. For example, downloaded digital products.
e. For products which can spoil or age quickly.
f. For the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.
g. For loose newspapers and magazines;
h. For audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
